United Methodists baptize children, youth and adults as a sign of God's grace and welcome into the family of God.
Parents of young children need to meet with the pastor, attend worship and schedule a time at least one month in advance of the baptism. 
Older Children, youth and adults will meet with the pastor on several occasions to discuss the meaning of Baptism and attend worship.
Baptisms are done during Sunday morning services. 
And baptism is a pre-requisite to church membership.
